Shipping
1. Shipping cost: Click “Shipping and payment” tab on the product detail page, and you will see the delivery details. You can calculate shipping cost by inputting the required information. custom duty charged by gov should be paid by buyer.2. Time in transit: Transit time varies with different shipping methods.3. Item Processing Time: The processing time for a specific order varies with the product type and stock status. Mostly, processing time can be 15 to 25 working days.4.Shipping time: DHL/FEDEX/UPS normally round 4-9 days. Slow Express could not guarantee the exact time.
Returning Policy
For any problem please contact us within 3 days of the receipt of your order. Exchange or Returning the buyer should pay the additional shipping fees incurred and the items returned should be kept in their original status. Custom made dress could not be exchange or returning. After 3 days no complaint could be accepted.
